Health and Safety always first

Husky Energy is committed to protecting its employees, contractors, clients and the general public. In support of this Husky has developed a Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policy, that clearly states the company’s intentions with regards to the protection of people, the environment and its assets. Underlying this HSE policy is the Husky Operational Integrity Management System (HOIMS), which outlines requirements for adherence to 14 principles, responsibilities and practices ensuring well-being of personnel.

Colour-NL assisted in developing a HOIMS manual for communicating corporate expectations. This manual started as an East Coast Operations project, which has been adopted and adapted for usage throughout Husky as an active and ongoing initiative.
