Sean was specifically recruited to assist the Bristol Group to account plan and manage television production requirements for the Newfoundland and Labrador Tourism brand. Sean managed an agency team that produced four television commercials and, together with the government team, implemented increasingly effective brand work that saw a three-year, 35 per cent year-on-year increase in visitation and numerous international awards for “brand advertising that worked”.
Also at Bristol, Sean was account lead for a planning and implementation process that saw the production and introduction of a successful multi-media campaign, including the production of three television commercials for North Atlantic Petroleum Home Heat, based entirely on consumer insights gleaned from research. He was also instrumental in leading the Bristol team to re-launch the St. John’s International Airport Authority brand.
Nine years ago Sean was asked to manage CCL Milestone, now Colour-NL.
Sean helped plan and implement the successful international campaign to seek Expressions of Interest (EOI) in developing the Lower Churchill Hydro Project.
Sean was project lead on Memorial University and Marine Institute recruitment material production. This included both print and electronic media work and the initial application of all new branding requirements for MUN.
Sean has an active creative, planning and writing role on a portfolio of Colour-NL clients like Technip Canada’s successful and successive local branding, recruitment and safety campaigns, as well as ongoing concept and design work for Fortis Inc. investor materials, plus the re-branding and re-launch of Martin’s Fire Safety, to rightfully position them as a leading provider of fire prevention services in this province.
He has extensive and specific experience in the energy sector, utilities, oil and gas on a Colour-NL client cluster that includes Suncor, Husky, Hebron and ExxonMobil (Hibernia and Sable). These credentials have most recently helped him write policy ads for the St. John’s Board of Trade and served the business interests of a growing list of new oil industry clients really well.
Sean’s promise is to always be interested and interesting in his approach to work on your behalf.
